This warranty provides coverage under the terms and conditions specified below and is designed to protect the customer while ensuring proper care and maintenance are followed.

Note: The warranty only applies if all transport, storage, and usage conditions are met.

Bloomcabin Warranty Terms

Warranty Coverage

Aluminum Greenhouses:

• 12 Years: Warranty on the structural integrity of the aluminum alloy.
• 10 Years: Warranty on paint/powder coating against peeling, discoloration, or loss of gloss. (A reasonable amount of gloss loss over time is normal, subject to the manufacturer's tolerances).
• 7 Years: Warranty on manufacturing defects in the glass.
• 5 Years: Warranty on PVC components, including UV resistance.
• 5 Years: Warranty on rubber seals and their elasticity.

Wooden Conservatories:

• 5 Years: Warranty on the structure, design, and wooden components (including defects in craftsmanship, functionality, and bending of wooden parts).

Warranty for High Tunnel Greenhouses:

At Bloomcabin, we stand by the quality and durability of our High Tunnel Greenhouses. We offer a 5-year warranty on both the metal structure and polycarbonate sheets.<.p>

• Metal Structure: The metal framework is designed for long-lasting performance, and we guarantee its structural integrity for a full 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Polycarbonate Sheets: Our polycarbonate panels are built to withstand the elements, ensuring protection and optimal growing conditions. We offer a 5-year warranty against any defects or issues that compromise their functionality.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, extreme weather conditions, or misuse. For any warranty claims, please contact us directly with proof of purchase.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty takes effect on the date the delivery document is signed or the delivery is completed and is valid for the periods specified above. It covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, components, or fittings that affect the structural function, quality of the finish (paint/powder coating), or performance of the product.

To qualify for this warranty, the following conditions must be met:

Transport and Delivery Conditions:

• Greenhouses and conservatories must be transported and stored vertically at an angle of 85-90 degrees.
• Products must be protected from weather conditions and stored in a clean, dry, flat surface.
• Deliveries must be made using transport with an enclosed cargo space.
• Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the product for any visible damage or discrepancies. Any such issues must be reported immediately and documented on the delivery document.

Storage Conditions:

• Packaging is intended for transport only and should not be used for long-term storage.
• Do not cover products with airtight materials during storage.
• Products should be stored in a well-ventilated area with a relative humidity of 55-60% or lower.

Installation Conditions:

• Installation must be completed strictly according to the provided instructions.
• Proper sealing and protection must be ensured at the junction between the frame and the surrounding wall.
• After installation, products should be adjusted as necessary to ensure proper function and stability.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions will void the warranty.

Extreme Weather and Environmental Conditions

Weather-Related Exclusions:

The structural integrity and functionality of Bloomcabin aluminum greenhouses and wooden conservatories are designed to meet a variety of environmental conditions. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather conditions or environmental factors beyond normal use. These include but are not limited to:

• Hurricanes: Damage caused by hurricanes or strong wind of any magnitude is excluded from this warranty.
• Tornadoes: Damage caused by tornadoes of any magnitude is excluded from this warranty.
• Snow Loads: The warranty does not cover damage caused by snow loads. Customers are responsible for removing excess snow accumulation from the greenhouse roof to avoid structural strain.
• Flooding: Damage caused by floods or exposure to standing water or excessive moisture is not covered.
• Extreme Heat: Prolonged exposure to temperatures beyond the recommended operating range of the materials may result in deformation, discoloration, or degradation. Such damage is excluded from warranty coverage.
• Hail Damage: Damage caused by large hailstones or high-impact weather events that exceed normal environmental conditions is excluded from warranty coverage.
• Earthquakes or Landslides: Structural damage caused by seismic activity, ground movement, or landslides is not covered.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is installed and maintained in a manner appropriate for the regional weather conditions, and to follow any additional reinforcement or maintenance guidelines provided for areas prone to extreme weather.

Preventive Measures:

• Wind Bracing: In regions susceptible to high winds, additional bracing or anchoring may be required. This must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines, and failure to do so will void the warranty.
• Snow Removal: In areas with heavy snowfall, it is the customer’s responsibility to remove excess snow from the roof to prevent structural damage.
• Flood Zones: The product should not be installed in flood-prone areas or any locations where water accumulation may occur.

Exclusions to Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover:

• Installation Errors: The warranty is void if the installation instructions are not followed.
• Improper Maintenance: Lack of regular maintenance, including cleaning and inspecting fittings and seals, will void the warranty.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging and wear of materials over time, such as weathering of surfaces, minor discoloration, or wear on rubber seals, are excluded.
• Non-Original Parts: Use of any non-original parts, accessories, or modifications not approved by Bloomcabin will void the warranty.
• Custom/Special Order Parts: Parts made as part of a special or custom order are not covered under this warranty.
• Accidents or Misuse: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, or use of the product in an environment or manner not intended by Bloomcabin.

Reporting a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

• The customer must report any defect immediately upon discovery by contacting info@bloomcabin.com
• The customer must provide proof of purchase and photographs of the defect.
• If a defect is identified within the warranty period and is covered under the warranty, Bloomcabin will either repair or deliver the defective component at its sole discretion.
• The client is responsible for costs associated with defective component replacement.

Limitation of Liability

• Maximum Liability: Bloomcabin’s liability under this warranty is limited to the delivery of defective parts and does not include the cost of removal, reinstallation, or other incidental costs.
• Consequential Damages: Bloomcabin is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of use, labor, or business disruptions) arising out of the use of its products.
• Force Majeure: Bloomcabin is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill warranty obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, or governmental actions.

Warranty Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Any resale or transfer of ownership will void the warranty.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes regarding the warranty will be subject to Danish jurisdiction.
