Terms of Purchase & Delivery

1. Placing an Order

Bloomcabin offers the opportunity to purchase a unique wooden design house that embraces the natural elegance of wood and precise craftsmanship.

To successfully place an order, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Select the wooden design of your choice;
  2. Provide the necessary contact details;
  3. Submit the required delivery information;
  4. Provide the details of the person who will accept the order upon delivery.
2. Payment Method

To complete payment for your order, you must fill out the payment form. The payment process offers two options:

  1. Payment via a credit or debit card, where the required card details (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) and buyer information must be provided;
  2. Payment via online banking, where the payment is processed on the website of the bank used by the customer. When using this method, the customer must provide the required information on the bank’s website.

Bloomcabin ensures that payments made on the company's website are secure and that customer data protection is guaranteed. Payment processing is handled through the secure websites of the respective banks.

3. Important Order Information and Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, Bloomcabin will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided, which will contain the most relevant details regarding the order. The order will only be processed after full payment is received. After payment is made, you will receive a notification at the provided email address with the exact details of the scheduled delivery of the products.

The confirmation email will include the following information:

  • Customer identification details;
  • The seller's name and contact details;
  • Information about the purchased products, total order amount;
  • The payment method used;
  • Order number;
  • Quantity of items ordered.
4. Prices

The product price is displayed when placing the order, but the final order price (including delivery costs) will be automatically calculated by selecting the appropriate delivery type and address. The delivery price will be visible when placing the order. The delivery address is automatically calculated when the customer specifies the delivery type, and the final delivery amount may vary if the delivery address is changed.

The final price per order depends on the total order quantity and the location of the delivery address.

Bloomcabin reserves the right to adjust prices at its discretion without notifying customers individually. Price changes do not apply to orders placed before the price adjustment.

Bloomcabin offers its customers high-quality products at competitive and affordable prices.

5. Delivery Terms

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. If truck access and unloading of goods are not possible at the provided address, the customer must find the nearest possible unloading point and inform the seller prior to delivery.

You will be notified by email on the day the product is shipped from Bloomcabin, and the shipping company will contact you before delivery to confirm the delivery time, date, and location.

The customer must be present at the time of receipt of the goods to inspect and confirm that the goods meet the specifications. Upon receipt, the customer must check the goods against the specification list and order, verify the number of units, and check for any damage incurred during transportation. If any discrepancies or damage are found, the customer must make a written note on the delivery documents.

6. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for wooden design houses is 3-5 weeks from the time of order. Delivery time may vary depending on the product specifications, type, and quantity.

If there is a delivery delay, we will inform you by email or phone. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delays if we have not informed you and the delays exceed 8 weeks. We always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellation

The products manufactured by Bloomcabin are made according to the customer’s individual specifications and preferences. To ensure the best price and fast delivery, Bloomcabin's ordering and production system is fully automated. Once the company receives confirmation from the bank that the payment has been made, the order is immediately placed into production. Since products go into production automatically after payment, it is not possible to cancel the purchase.

8. Complaints

Do not start assembly until you have received and inspected the goods to ensure they are correct and undamaged! We are not responsible for any orders/reservations you make with installers or assembly companies!

If you find any damage, missing parts, or if the products do not meet the order specifications, the complaint must be submitted in writing and sent to info@bloomcabin.com. The complaint should include photos and a description of the discovered defects. The complaint must be submitted before assembly begins and no later than 14 days after delivery.

Bloomcabin reviews complaints within 3-5 business days and will send the decision to the customer’s email address. If the damage is found to be due to a Bloomcabin error, repair or replacement of the product or its parts will be guaranteed. Bloomcabin does not issue cash compensation for complaints.

9. Cancellation and Return Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds are possible under any circumstances.

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final due to the custom-made nature of our products. No exceptions will be made.

Non-Returnable Products

Custom-Made Products: All Bloomcabin greenhouses are custom-made to each customer’s specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once production has begun.

Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all measurements, specifications, and other details provided are accurate. Bloomcabin is not liable for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Product Inspection and Defects

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect their product on the day of delivery. Any claims regarding defects, damage, or missing parts must be made on the same day as delivery.

Reporting Process: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify Bloomcabin within the same day by emailing info@bloomcabin.com. Include photos and a detailed description of the defect. Claims made after the day of delivery will not be accepted, and the product will be considered delivered in good condition.

Resolution: Upon confirmation of a defect or damage reported on the day of delivery, Bloomcabin may, at its sole discretion, offer a repair or replacement. Refunds will not be offered.

Limitation of Liability

Minor Defects: Bloomcabin is not liable for minor cosmetic defects that do not impact the product’s structural integrity or functionality.

Installation and Use: Customers are responsible for the correct installation and maintenance of the product. Bloomcabin is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.

Shipping Issues: Once the product has been handed over to a shipping carrier, Bloomcabin is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Customers must file claims with the shipping company for any such issues.

Force Majeure

Unforeseeable Events: Bloomcabin will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Danish Law: All sales are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from the purchase of a product will be resolved exclusively in Danish courts.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: By making a purchase, you agree that any legal disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Denmark.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration: Before pursuing any legal action, you agree to resolve any disputes through confidential, binding arbitration in Denmark. Both parties will share the costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final.

No Class Action: You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Limitation of Remedies

Maximum Liability: Bloomcabin’s liability for any defect, damage, or dispute will not exceed the purchase price of the product. We will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Warranty Disclaimer

Limited Warranty: If a warranty is offered, it applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or improper assembly or installation.

No Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

Customer Agreement

Acknowledgment: By purchasing from www.bloomcabin.com/us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This acknowledgment is legally binding and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.

Fraud Prevention

False Claims: Any attempt to commit fraud or misrepresent facts (e.g., false claims about product damage or defects) will result in forfeiture of any rights to remedies, and Bloomcabin reserves the right to pursue legal action.
